Didn't purchase from our website? Returns must be processed from the Retailer you purchased from. For an Exchange, please complete your return directly with the Retailer and an Exchange Request with us. Be sure to include the Retailer name and Order Number as reference and we'll provide you with a $6 discount for your replacement order.
Has the return window expired for the retailer you purchased from? In such cases, we're happy to offer store credit for the current price of your returned item, valid only at hideitmounts.com. Please note that a late fee of 30% will be deducted from the store credit.
