We accept exchanges and returns in new condition and in original packaging. Initial shipping cost is non-refundable. US orders within 30 days are able to generate and print a Return Shipping Label.

** Please generate your label from a computer as it will not work from a mobile device**

Exchange: Place a replacement order for the correct item from our website. Return Shipping Labels are complimentary for US exchanges within 10 days. Once the returned item is received, we will refund the product purchase price on your original order.
Please Note: If your Replacement Order is not placed when we process your returned item, we will treat it as a Return (see below).

Return: Return Shipping Labels are provided for US returns within 30 days, however the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (generally $12+)Returns of more than 25 units or orders delivered over 30 days ago are subject to a restocking fee and will be deducted from your refund, processed as store credit.

Please Note: Items replaced due to Shipping, Damage, or Missing Items are non-returnable.

Used item? We only accept returns of items in new condition. If an item has clearly been used, a refund will not be issued. 

Didn't purchase from our website? Returns must be processed from the Retailer you purchased from. For an Exchange, please complete your return directly with the Retailer
and an Exchange Request with us. Be sure to include the Retailer name and Order Number as reference and we'll provide you with a discount for your replacement order.
