How do I change or cancel my order?Updated 10 months ago

While we strive to accommodate all requests, we are only able to cancel orders that are physically in our warehouse. Rey's dream super power is telekinesis, but that's just a dream.


  1. If your order is Awaiting Fulfillment: Log in to Order Management through Chat, Help & FAQs, or Contact Us then Request Cancellation.

  2. If your order was Fulfilled Today: Please contact us right away! If the carrier has not picked up your order, we can pull it and cancel. That's the benefit of working with a small business that ships their own orders!
