How do I exchange an item?Updated 10 hours ago

If you’d like a different mount — even if it’s the same price — please:

  1. Submit a return request for the original mount through your logged-in account.

  2. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue store credit for the product price.

  3. You can then use your store credit to place a new order for the mount you want.

Tip: If you prefer to receive your replacement faster, you can place your new order right away instead of waiting for your store credit to be issued.
