How do I start a B2B return or exchange?Updated 22 minutes ago

We’ve made returns and exchanges simple for our wholesale and business customers. Here’s how to start:

Step 1 — Submit Your Request

  1. Log into your account at account.hideitmounts.com.

  2. Locate your order and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  3. Choose your reason for return and include any relevant notes.

  4. Click Request Return to submit your request.

We’ll review your request based on our B2B Return Policy and confirm eligibility. If approved, we’ll email you shipping instructions. An RMA number is not required.


Step 2 — Prepare Your Return

  • Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging and ensure they are in new, unused condition.

  • Include your packing slip or a note with your order number inside the box.

  • Remove or cover any old shipping labels.


Step 3 — Ship Your Return

  • Use your own carrier and ship via a service that provides tracking — we are not responsible for lost or untracked packages.

  • Send your return to:

Important Notes:

  • Returns or exchanges of 25+ units are subject to a 30% restocking fee based on the actual price paid.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Used Mounts

    • Custom Mounts

    • Discontinued Items

  • Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive your return for inspection and processing.
