• Only purchases made directly on hideitmounts.com are eligible for return or exchange

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• All approved returns will be refunded as store credit only.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping — we do not provide labels.

• Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund.

• Exchanges: Return the original item and use your store credit for the replacement, or place a new order immediately if you want it faster.
