Shipping Protection covers when your order is lost, stolen or damaged. This allows HIDEit to provide resolution to claims quicker, without waiting for a claim to the Shipping Carrier.
How much does it cost? Orders under $100 will be charged $0.98, for orders over $100 the fee increases. To check Shipping Protection rates, head over to your cart to see your estimate.
How do I select Shipping Protection? Shipping Protection is automatically added to your cart. You can opt out of Shipping Protection by toggling the Shipping Protection notification in your cart.
What if I opt out of Shipping Protection? HIDEit Mounts is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items during shipping. We will submit your claim to the Shipping Carrier. If your claim is approved by the Shipping Carrier, a replacement order will be processed and you'll receive an order confirmation. Not all claims are approved. This generally takes 4 weeks.
Please Note: HIDEit reserves the right to refund Shipping Protection in the event there is concern of fraudulent activity. We will not send a replacement nor refund orders that we believe were received by the customer.
