My order was damaged in deliveryUpdated 16 hours ago

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll help you get a replacement quickly.

  1. Go to Manage Orders and select Report Order Issue.

  2. Choose My order was damaged in delivery.

  3. You’ll receive an email from us requesting photos — please reply with:

    • Shipping box (all sides)

    • Close-up of the damage

    • Shipping label

    • Open box showing all contents

    • Damaged item (several angles)

If you purchased Shipping Protection: We’ll process your replacement within 1–2 business days.
Without Shipping Protection: We’ll file a claim with the carrier. If approved, we’ll send a replacement (usually within 4 weeks).

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please report damaged items within 7 days of delivery.
