My tracking number says my package was delivered, but I never received it?Updated 10 months ago

Don’t worry, we’re here to help! Your order may have arrived in a small box - it could be in your mailbox. Have you checked all around and confirmed with your neighbors that they have not received it by mistake? 


We have seen this happen more often lately where the tracking shows delivered and the order actually arrives a few days later. We hope this ends up being the case for you!


In this situation, the shipping carriers suggest checking around the area as they have started trying to be more discreet in where they leave packages. If your package has not arrived a week after the stated delivery date please follow the steps below:


  1. If you purchased Shipping Protection, you may be eligible for a replacement order. Please reach out to us!

  2. If you did not purchase Shipping Protection, please reach out to the local shipping carrier to see if they can find your package. Often, the carrier is able to locate the package and deliver it with in the next few days.


*Note: Make sure you contact your LOCAL office, not the hotline - they will be able to provide quicker, better service. Ask who delivered the package and for details of that day's delivery. Carriers are used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.

  1. If the carrier is unable to locate the order and 10 days have passed since the delivery scan, please reach out to us and we will create a heavily discounted replacement order for you. HIDEit Mounts cannot reimburse orders that were mis-delivered, stolen or damaged by the shipping carrier. Thank you for understanding!
