What do I do if I am missing an item?Updated a year ago
Navigate to your Manage Orders section and select Report issue
- Sign in with the email address used to place your order
- Select Report issue then select Some items are missing from my order
You will receive an email regarding your Missing Item Claim. Please respond to the email with all relevant information and the following images:
- Packing Slip
- Shipping box
- All items received
Please Note: You may have additional items inside. Look for a sticker: More Mounts Inside, Bundle, Ultimate or Lit. Our Uni-C 2-Pack is included with Bundles. Both mounts are in a single box the same size as our Uni-C Pro box.
Your missing item claim will be reviewed, a replacement order will be processed, and you'll receive an order confirmation. This generally takes 1-2 business days.
