What do I do if I received the wrong item?Updated 10 months ago
Navigate to your Manage Orders section and select Report issue
- Sign in with the email address used to place your order
- Select Report issue then select The items are different from what I ordered
You will receive an email regarding your Wrong Item Claim. Please respond to the email with all relevant information and the following images:
- Packing Slip
- Shipping box
- All items received
Your wrong item claim will be reviewed, a replacement order will be processed, and you'll receive an order confirmation. This generally takes 1-2 business days.
