What do I do if my order arrives damaged?Updated a year ago

Navigate to your Manage Orders section and select Report issue

  1. Sign in with the email address used to place your order
  2. Select Report issue then select My order was damaged in delivery

You will receive an email regarding your Damage Claim. Please respond to the email with all relevant information and the following images:

  1. Shipping box and any damage
  2. Shipping label with all details
  3. Open box with all contents
  4. The damaged item (several angles)

Have Shipping Protection? Your damage claim will be reviewed, a replacement order will be processed, and you'll receive an order confirmation. This generally takes 1-2 business days.

No Shipping Protection? We will submit your claim to the Shipping Carrier. If your claim is approved by the Shipping Carrier, a replacement order will be processed and you'll receive an order confirmation. Not all claims are approved. This generally takes 4 weeks.
