What do I do if the tracking shows my order bouncing around multiple distribution centers instead of being delivered?Updated 3 years ago
Most likely this issue will resolve on its own in a few days. Sometimes a package is sent to the wrong distribution center and will bounce around a bit before it is back on track. If tracking doesn’t update after 10 days, please reach out to the local shipping carrier to see if they can locate the package or determine if there is a different issue. Unfortunately, once the order leaves our warehouse, our support team can only see the same tracking information you do.
