Why does my order tracking shows that my order has not left the warehouse.Updated 10 months ago

Not receiving tracking updates? Don't worry you will still get your order! Sometimes the carrier misses scanning packages. This typically does not impact the package making it to it's destination; it only affects the ability to receive tracking updates. 


If it has been over a week since receiving any updates and the order is not delivered please reach out to your local post office as they can sometimes expedite delivery. Unfortunately, when an order leaves our warehouse we can only see the same updates as you. Here is how to find the office nearest you:
