Unfortunately this has become more and more common - especially during the holidays. This is usually because your order is waiting to be processed at one of the carrier’s distribution centers. If tracking still doesn’t update after 10 days, please reach out to the shipping carrier’s local office for further assistance. Once the order leaves the warehouse, our support team can only see the same tracking information you do.
*Note: Make sure you contact your LOCAL office, not the hotline - they will be able to provide quicker, better service.
